I would like to bring to your attention the fact of how impressed I have been with the excellent service I received whilst on holiday by one of your Balkan Reps. My daughter Jasmine was taken ill and Balkan Rep Tatyana Demerdjieva stepped in and gave us help advice and assistance over and above the call of duty.Tatyana made us feel secure in the knowledge that she was available even on days off if we needed her assistance, even during the night if we needed her. She is the best holiday Representative that we have ever met in all the holidays we have had. Thanks Tanya, thanks Balkan.

I am 73 and my wife is 60. We do not want to be 'on the go' all the time. To have accomodation that allows for a certain 'home from home' lifestyle where one can spend the day, is a great benefit. Thank you
